Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor packaging. Lovely mugs but broken. I have been a loyal customer of Zwilling for many years and this is my first negative experience with this company. I always highly recommend each of their brands, however, I cannot recommend purchasing this mug set online. The set is beautiful and the quality you would expect from Staub except that the handles appear maybe a little more delicate than I would prefer for a coffee mug. Time will tell how they hold up to daily use. Hopefully, the Staub quality that I have come to know is there. I would have given this set a solid 4, maybe even 5 star review except that they arrived with one mug broken due to insufficient packaging. This has never been my experience with Staub ceramics in the past. They have always been well packed and each piece protected. Not so with this mug set. There was nothing at all between each mug to keep them from clanging against each other during transit. I would have given 3 stars still, but I have contacted Zwilling both by phone and through their website return process but no action has been taken. It has been over a week and not a word on how they intend to resolve this issue. 2 stars is because it appears that I am stuck with a set of five mugs rather than the set of six that was ordered and paid for. I do recommend this lovely set, but only if it can be purchased in store. I do not recommend purchasing online unless the packaging is improved to withstand transit. Otherwise, you are likely to end up with broken mugs in your set.

Still arrived damaged I had so hoped to be able to edit my previous review to give more stars (actually couldn't find a way to just edit so I am adding another review) since Zwilling did attempt to make right, the broken mug from my first order. Unfortunately, this shipment is worse! No change in the packaging and this one arrived with three broken mugs. I had originally asked that Zwilling replace only the one light pink mug that was broken in the first order so that I would have the complete set to match the other Macaron collection items I already have. I asked this of them because if another set was shipped in the same packaging, I would just end up with another broken set. This is exactly what has happened. I now have three green, three blue, and one pink mug. This really is a beautiful and good quality set of mugs, but obviously unusable when they arrive broken. Again, highly recommend the set but do not order online. The set cannot withstand transit with no buffer of protection between each mug.
