Rated 5 out of 5 by Bradley Baby Mochi from Sturdy silicone slotted turner! This Staub Serving Turner is excellent picking up and turning solid food, which makes it easier when cooking. Slotted turner will allow to drain liquid and oil upon picking up solid food, works really well for frying and sauteing tools. The turner is ideally suited for all Zwilling non-stick cookware such as CFX clad, Motion, Ballarini, Spirit and Alu Pro including ceramic coated. Can be use for stainless steel cookware as well as cast iron and a ceramic bakeware helper. This turner is slightly angled for comfort, a convenient and safe feature. This Staub turner is made from long-lasting black matte silicone and eco-friendly Acacia wood. Handwashing is highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CookinginCali from Great for straight sided skillets and sautes This spatula-turner is terrific on a couple of levels. The silicone turner is both durable and heat resistant. It is sturdy enough to get under heavier things like a whole chicken breast or larger piece of meat. But the bonus is the shape. It's designed to have the best angle for scooping in a straight-sided pan. So I when I have larger pieces of meats, or my pan is filled with potatoes, I can get even the pieces close to the edge. The acacia wood handle is beautiful and comfortable. I don't mind hand washing my tools so the dishwasher doesn't dry the wood out.

I have some wood handled utensils that are dry and rough and the ones made by Staub are truly a step above the rest. The black matte silicone washes up nicely and never looks scratched or beat up. It is easy on all my pots and pans including nonstick surfaces.

The slotted surface allows for draining of fat when removing the product from pan to serving platter. Designed for use in all cookware types, high heat tolerant silicone. Fits nicely and comfortable in hand; Beautiful Acacia wood handle with option to hang from utensil rack. Easy to hand wash.

The silicone turner is shaped nicely, great for scooping and flipping foods easier while not scratching your pots and pans. The Acacia wood handle has a really nice texture to it, and looks great in any kitchen, definitely makes a statement in your utensil crock.

The wood gives it a more rustic/earthy look and feel while the silicone protects it from scratching any pans or bowls, yet you can use it in a hot pan. I use ti for breakfast, lunch and dinner foods, so it gets a lot of use!

This Staub turner has little flexibility which is perfect for moving heavier items out of the pan. The silicone can go up to 500F so you could reach under a broiler with it. Love the durability of the Acacia wood handle.
