Great starter set
A great starter set for new homeowners, recent college grads or if you just want the essentials. The Five Star knives are nice and lightweight, great for anyone who doesn’t want something that can be tiring in hand. The Chef is a great knife to use for chopping and slicing vegetables, meat, fruit. The paring knife is great for slicing and peeling fruits and vegetables, and the serrated utility is great for slicing citrus, tomatoes, bread and meats like sausage. With the Five Star having an ice hardened forged stainless steel, these knives will stay sharp much longer, won’t be prone to rusting, and will have lasting durability. A great set to build a knife collection or to have a couple key blades in your kitchen.

Three Knives that Do It All
With this set you have knives that will do any kitchen task. The chef knife for slicing, dicing, chopping; the serrated utility to nicely slice tomatoes, bagels, hard pressed meats (salami, etc) without ripping and tearing the product apart; and a paring knife for peeling and small cut jobs. A very comfortable knife to use, this set is perfect for someone who doesn't want a block set on their countertop, or for someone who lives in cramped quarters.

Great set
German forged knives. Super sharp and durable. The steel has remained sharp with regular maintenance. They have not rusted like our previous cheap knives. The handle is soft and molded so fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. Good weight and balance. Glad we made the investment.

Strong and Sharp
