Carrying case on steriods!
What a fantastic knife case! I like to travel with my knives and some of my kitchen tools. I've grown accustomed to having the perfect knife for the task, the knife that is extremely sharp and is perfect for my hand, and nothing else will do. This case is great because I can secure every knife I need, along with my scissors, honing steel and a few of my favorite kitchen tools. It zips closed and has a handle strap which makes transporting so much easier.

A safe and secure way of transporting knives for the professional chef or gourmet cook. Keeps them out of view and safe and clean. No need to take them out, except to wash them in between meals and cooking. Easy to travel by plane or car with this beautiful and quality case!

Armed but not dangerous
I purchased this case for a friend who is also a personal chef/caterer. She often does a lot of the prep work at her clients home or venue. As a chef she prefers to use her own knives so this is the perfect way to transprot them safely. It was probably overkill with 21 slots, but at least she has room to add more. She couldn't be more grateful.

This is a huge knife bag. Great for professional chefs that travel with their knives or if you collect a lot of knives this is a great way to store them. The zippers are big and very durable which is important because on a lot of knife bags they break from too much to use.
