Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect size The Zwilling Energy plus line of cookware is a triple play! Aluminum center core with stainless steel clad and a long loasting, duarble ceramic nonstick coating! I use this pan for making burgers, chicken and stir frys. Great size for quesadillas and egg frittatas. The sloped sides make it easy to stir and flip food. Stay cool handles on the stove top are a bonus! Great conductivity which is means your foods will cook faster, more evenly and use less energy. Great choice for induction stove tops. Easy to use and clean thanks to the durable non stick ceramic surface. High performance, great looking, and comfortable to handle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Quality Such incredible quality cookware, you'd expect to pay much more. It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat. The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe. I love an 8" fry pan! It is the single egg or omelette pan; eggs slide out with such ease and clean up is a breeze!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Omelette pan Perfect omelette / 3 eggs over easy pan! The non stick is nice however it does need butter or oil for perfection. I have been using this pan for about 5 years. It’s at a great price now at $40. We had a situation where the pan was burned when someone cooked bacon in this pan. It’s not a bacon pan. I was able to remove the black charred stains with a stainless scrub pad. No damage to the finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best 8 inch Fry Pan ever!I I recently purchase my second 8 inch Zwilling fry pan, only this newest one has a more enhanced ceramic nonstick coating. I used it today for the first time along with my older version and I was amazed at how easy it was to cook with and the cleanup was a snap. Two side-by-side fry pans were so easy to fix eggs in one and breakfast meats in the other for my husband and I... This is my go-to pan for smaller dishes. Also I have two parrots and the finish on the Zwilling Energy Plus finish does not give off harmful or toxic chemicals.

Bought 2 to get family of 6 get their food faster. Great overall buy, will keep using Zwilling Using them daily so have to get something

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice fry pan This is a great fry pan. This fry pan has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. A great size for making your favorite style of eggs for breakfast without them sticking to the pan. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made and has a nice weight to it. I like the functionality of the Energy Plus, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best skillet for omelettes that I’ve found! This 8 inch skillet is the best One that I found for cooking omelettes. I use it every day practically and will not purchase any other brand because they just aren’t as non-stick as Zwilling-brand products. One drawback...although I wash these skillets with mild detergent, hot water and a sponge they still will start to stick to an omelette within about four months of daily use. To their credit, though, this product beats the competition hands down, especially at this price range.

Featuring a durable ceramic nonstick coating that’s PFOA and PTFE free which has been applied to a durable tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core for even heat distribution without cold spots. Pans have a flanged rim for easy, dripless pouring. Scratch resistant and dishwasher safe this will soon become your go to egg pan.
