It's an incredible non stick pan. I have been using this pot on a daily basis and continue to be impressed by the performance. This pan exceeds expectations. The innovative non stick surface is superior. Easy release and clean up. The rounded, smooth handles are extremely comfortable to hold. Fantastic set...plus induction compatible.

With the 5 layers of nonstick, this saucepan is so easy to use because the food doesn’t stick and it cleans extremely well. I like that the handles stay cool so I don’t burn my hands. This is just a really well constructed saucepan thanks to the cold forged aluminum, it heats up quickly and retains the heat well. I like that it’s made in Italy and works on all stovetops, this collection can be used by everyone which is great.
