Description
This all-purpose Asian-style knife is perfect for all cutting tasks. The relative straight edge from heel to tip supports the “push cut”, one of the most common cutting techniques in Japanese cooking. The versatile santoku is ideal for everything from dicing vegetables and finely chopping herbs, to slicing thin cuts of meat and fish. The blade features small indentations, known as grantons, that prevent food from sticking while cutting.
