Rated 5 out of 5 by Niner2015 from Love this set! I absolutely love my Italian made Madura deep fry pans. This five layer nonstick fry pan is amazing and really releases the food so well. I like that even though this is a fry pan, it can be used as a saute pan thanks to it being deep; this makes such a difference when cooking, I wish all fry pans were deep! It can get a nice sear on meat which is not always something you can get with nonstick pans. It has a great weight to it, and I love that the pan doesn’t have rivets. I use this everyday, I love the size of the 11” and it still looks like new after owning it for two years. I loved it so much, I bought this for my dad and he loves it too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rocky from Great Frying Pan I recently bought 2 Madura pans for my Florida home and then 2 additional pans for my daughter. I've enjoyed my original Madura pans for over a year and they are the best frying pans I've ever come across. First of all, they're ceramic coated; eggs continue to slide off after cooking. Let's face it, no one intends to use a metal utensil but sooner of later, it just happens. These pans can take the abuse, can be washed in the dishwasher and then they still look like the day I bought them. I highly recommend them!!!

After a long search (most good-quality cookware is heavy), I came upon this Zwilling Madura Plus 11-inch Nonstick Deep Fry Pan, and it is the answer to all my wishes. It's a full pound lighter than my All-Clad, has about a 3.5QT capacity (which allows you to add cooked pasta to the sauce you made in the pan), and the high sides facilitate stir-frying as well. This is a very versatile pan that is well made but not so heavy to be unwieldy. I love it!

I never use metal utensils, didn’t put it in the dishwasher and didn’t over heat it. I actually like that it cooks food well and evenly but it is peeling. Not the quality I was expecting. It has nice weight to it.

After just using the pan for slightly less than two weeks, I saw the nonstick coating at the edge of the pouring rim starts to chip. I used soft sponge only for cleaning and did not use any metal utensil during cooking. It looks like the nonstick coating does not seem to be as strong as what the company was saying.

We use this pan for our daily cooking, we love it, very well heat distributed. But after 6 months of use, it started to developing the blisters on the inside. Any idea why is this happened?

I own the 11" version of this pan. Kuhn-Rikon makes a beautiful black glass and silicon lid with adjustable venting, pretty slick, and highly functional. Looks amazing with this pan. Picked it up at my local Sur La Table in Towson, Maryland.
