Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy duty & cleans easily I've LOVED their knives for DECADES so I decided to try their sauce pan when I needed to replace an old pan I am impressed(though i shouldn't be) by the quality & weight of the pan. It is more shallow than I expected... but wider than my old pan of this size (1.5qt) so I think that will be good.. more surface area for contact with the heat.
