Description
This knife block set features all the knives you need to set your kitchen up right. From the 3-inch paring for smaller scale jobs, to the all-rounder 8-inch chef’s knife for slicing and dicing, this set contains the key knives for all tasks, along with kitchen shears and a honing steel to keep them in tip top shape. The set comes housed in a handsome wood knife block.
ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique curved bolster acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was designed with a broad curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.

Impeccably Sharp
These knives are fantastic. I bought them through Best Buy and they were delivered faster than promised. This is truly my dream set of knives. I've always had cheap knives and immediately you can tell the difference. The weight is heftier, the feel in your hand is better, and the edge from the factory is unbelievable. Look up Bob Kramer's 'What is Sharp?' video on YouTube and these knives will perform the exact tests he demonstrates a sharp knife should be able to accomplish. I'm so excited about these knives and don't anticipate ever buying another set ever again. But I'll probably add a new member to this sets's roster at some point in the future.

Great block set!
I absolutely love this block set. The Zwilling Pro knives are amazing. The way the bolster is curved so you can actually hold your knife properly is a game changer! The knives are so durable, really well constructed, and will hold up for a long time thanks to the ice hardening process these knives go through to maintain lasting sharpness. This block set is beautiful with the acacia wood grain; the black handles and dark brown toned wood looks really nice together. I also like that the slots in the block are created specific for the Pro knives and how they fit perfectly in the block. I love the assortment, all knives I use and want in a set.

A truly fine knife set.
I'm a young cook and these were given to me for Christmas by my parents with the intention to last me a lifetime and find me a wife (lol). To say little, they are a far cry from a $3 Mainstays knife. To say much, one can tell on the first touch that these are quality. There is an excellent weight to the "traditional"-style santoku knife- it is effectively a manueverable butcher knife and probably my favorite. Across all of the knives there is not only an unbelievable sharpness, but also an extreme durability that should come as no surprise to those familiar with German industry. They require sharpening only infrequently. Zwilling Knives are one-and-done.

Pro Perfect
You have to get these knives in your hand to appreciate the innovative bolster. I like to have full use of the blade. I use the back edge of the blade for mincing. I also like the full length for ease in sharpening and honing. This is a great "lifetime" set. I like the additional spots for steak knives. the blades are well balanced, sharp and durable. these knives are designed for lots of production. the western blade angle is hefty and will cut through the strongest of meats and vegetables with ease. the grip is comfortable and I really like the classic three rivet look. the black block is sleek! great look.

When a customer walks-in for sharpening a Pro knife, I get so excited because it's the easiest knife to sharpen a half bolster blade.

Upgrade your kitchen with these!!
My fiancé and I received this knife set as an engagement gift and are beyond pleased with them! We were hoping to invest in more durable kitchenware for our kitchen and it was important that the products were of high quality so they would last us decades to come. This knife set definitely has delivered on all of those things! Not to mention meal prep is easier, quicker, and safer now that we own some quality knives that are effortless to use.
I can’t recommend this product enough, especially as a gift for any cooks in your life!
