Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have this drawer insert and it's one of the favorite things in my kitchen. I have a lot of knives and they don't all fit in my block so this is tucked in the drawer right under my block and it's so convenient. To get a knife set in this block with so many amazing knives is fantastic way to complete your kitchen. The Professional S knives are forged from special formulated steel that will be corrosion resistant and super hard which means these knives will retain their razor sharp edges longer than most knives and will only need to be sharpened about once per year. These knives are nicely weighted with a very sturdy feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and full block set! This is an exceptional 10pc. set, all German-made knives Professional S selection, definitely to last a lifetime and a great investment. Every single knife in this set are essentially for daily cutting needs! It is hygienic to safely store and organize your knives in the drawer, showcasing them safely for easy access. It is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended because the abrasiveness of the dishwasher and the detergent may harm your knives, it will dull, and discolor the blade. This will lead to a once-beautiful knife looking worn and aged. Also it is a personal safety for me, it is a danger to your fingers when unloading and loading. It is easy to reach for young children who may be in danger reaching their favorite spoon in the dishwasher. These have a lifetime limited warranty for any manufacturer's defects.

Keeps the knives safely stored, the edges sharp and is easy to access. Pro S is a classic line of German cutlery. Made from premium, ice-hardened German steel these knives will hold an edge longer and be more corrosion resistant. With the full bolster and 3 rivet handle this knife is well balanced and feels secure and smooth in the hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best ways to store knives. This is a great system for organizing and keeping many knives safe. Each one has it's own grooves minimizing the chances that they will rub against each other at scratch or damage the blade. Plus what you get in this set is just as impressive. This is the Pro S line. A professional quality line that's made from a proprietary steel that will hold and edge and cut razor sharp. They have a full tang handle, secured by three rivets that will ensure these knives will stay solid and secure for years and years. They feature a traditional straight bolster and a slightly smaller handle. As a result they are a little lighter than the new Pro line. I have owned one of these knives for more than 10 years. It has performed year in and year out, and I cook a lot. I sharpen it maybe twice a year, hand wash it and it looks like I never use it.
