I have this in drawer insert and I just love storing my knives this way. You'll have to store your shears and honing steel separately but the knives slide into this tray so perfectly and there are grooves for longer blades and shorter blades so you can fit several more knives beyond the four you get in the set. The Professional S knives are super sharp and have a really nice weighted feel in your hand. They are forged from specially formulated steel which is corrosion and crack resistant. They stay super sharp use after use and only need to be sharpened about once per year.

Organized in the drawer for you!
I love these in-drawer organizers. They make it so easy to reach for a knife without worry. They also keep the blades from coming in contact and reducing the chances of scratching and and damage.
This 7-piece set comes with an excellent selection of knives; everything a pro or a home cook needs to make a wonderful meal. In fact, the entire Professional S is terrific line of knives. They feature a traditional straight bolster and a slightly smaller handle. As a result they are a little lighter than the new Pro line. I have owned one of these knives for years (more than 10). It has performed year in and year out, and I cook a lot. I sharpen it maybe twice a year, hand wash it and it looks like I never use it.

excellent storage solution
Pro S is a classic line of German cutlery. Made from premium, ice-hardened German steel these knives will hold an edge longer and be more corrosion resistant. With the full bolster and 3 rivet handle this knife is well balanced and feels secure and smooth in the hand.
I really like to keep my kitchen counters free of utensils and appliances and this drawer insert keeps my knives safe, easy to get to and out of sight. The knives fit nicely into the slots without popping up at the tips and being able to store 8 knives within a 4" space is wonderful.

Workhorse knives in compact storage
This is the perfect storage solution to keep knives off my countertop but still easily accessible. The in-drawer storage slides perfectly into my kitchen drawer right below the spot I always do my meal prep. It has a low profile, so it doesn't catch when opening the drawer and the wood doesn't dull my knives. There are four extra slots if I want to add more knives.
The knives cover all my essential needs; a chef for chopping, parer and prep for smaller fruits, veggies, meats and cheeses, and a bread knife slices cleaning through fresh loaves. It also includes a steel to keep my knives sharp and an awesome pair of kitchen scissors.
Pro S knives are the awesome design and construction that's been coming out of Germany for over 280 years. They have perfect weight and balance, are very sharp, hold their edge really well and are incredibly durable. They're workhorse knives you can always count on.

amazing knife set!
The tray fits perfectly in my drawer. It took me a second to figure out where the knives went but once I copied the photo as the guide it made sense! The knives are so sharp, it cuts beautifully. I’ve desperately needed new REAL knives and I’m so happy I’ve invested in these. Even my chef friend complimented my knife set!!
