I saw this set online but was afraid to buy it, as I wanted to handle and the feel of each piece and how it fit in my hand. My local Macy’s store had them in stock and on sale and once I saw them and handled them I knew they were exactly what I was looking for so I ended up buying two sets of 45 pieces. Now I can toss out my old miss match sets and have plenty of settings for everyone during our holiday dinners as this set is perfect for formal and everyday use. I really like that they classy and elegant looking, I would definitely recommend then to others.

Purchased during cov19 from 7/2020. Carefully washed flatware and teaspoons were tarnished within 2 months. Even though I followed use and care. Frustrating. Emailed Zwilling no response. Called customer service- could not break through busy phone line. End result, trashed 1 sets of tarnished teaspoons. Now 2nd set of teaspoons are tarnishing. Applied for product registration and did not get response for warranty claim email. Now, regret flatware purchases with Zwilling.

I’ve owned it for less than 4 months and it’s already showing signs of rust. So disappointing. It’s STAINLESS STEEL, how can this be possible! I was going to order a second set, now there is no way. I need more flatware (entertain frequently) but I will not be adding this to my “favorite” flatware list :( sooooo disappointing

Rated 1 out of 5 by Something from BUYER BEWARE: TWO CONTRASTING FINISHES There are two distinct finishes on this model. A standard mirror finish on most parts, and a matte finish on the handles left side. You cannot tell from the photos or item name. It is very clear when you see them. Some people may like them. They look unfinished to me. Or are trying to be different without being aesthetically pleasing. We wanted a set that would be timeless, not a conversation starter. I will admit, after recieving the item, we reread the description "Dual mirror-satin finish" and finally realized what that line meant. I first thought it was something that was a blending of the two so it wouldn't be so shiny. A clearer description of what part is mirror and what part is satin would help. Finally, the customer support agent we spoke with was dismissive of our feedback to swap photos and update the item description.

I had not used it to eat with, only to get jelly out of a jar, but I noticed it as I was washing it. I do need to know how to get it replaced.

They came with complimentary serving utensils which made me happy. I would recommend purchasing from this company. As a matter of fact I purchased a second set one year later. Now I can serve a large group of people.

My husbands always picky when it comes to flatware, but once he held it, it didn’t take much convincing for us to buy two sets. Looking forward to using on Thanksgiving.

Yesterday, I purchased Zwilling Service for Eight 45 Piece Set cutlery. The model is PROVENCE. I find the tea spoon size a little too big. Do you have smaller spoons for stirring tea and coffee? If yes, how can I buy a set for eight?

No, this pattern and other Zwilling flatware is only available in 45-piece sets, service for 8, or smaller. Our J.A. Henckels International flatware is available in 65-piece sets, service for 12 and serving utensils.
