Great one for everything!!
This is a great knife for virtually everything. We had one from their 4Star line for several years but somehow managed to lose it recently. Replaced it with this knife- pretty much identical. Love it!

Is there a 9 inch version? I assume the 5 inch measurement is the whole knife not just the blade?
