INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 knifetip pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Peel the potatoes with the ZWILLING Z-CUT peeler. Wash the potato peels very thoroughly and pat dry well on a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Place the peels in a bowl and mix thoroughly with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the potato peels flat on the rack of the ZWILLING air fryer so that they do not overlap too much. Bake at 200 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden brown. After about half of the cooking time, remove the basket and turn the potato skins by shaking them. Push the basket back in and finish baking the chips.
  4. Remove the chips, taste and season as needed while still warm. Then let them cool and enjoy.

Tip

If you like it a bit spicier, you can season the chips additionally with some rose hot or smoked paprika powder.
