Potato wedges with skewered bacon

INGREDIENTS
- 4 potatoes
- 0.9 lbs bacon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 handful rosemary leaves
HOW TO MAKE IT
- First, preheat the barbecue to 355°F.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the bacon into slightly thinner but similar-sized slices.
- Thread the bacon and potatoes onto the skewers alternately, and sprinkle with the cumin.
- Barbecue the skewers indirectly, turning them regularly.
- Finely chop the rosemary leaves and sprinkle over the skewers shortly before serving.
