  • 4 potatoes
  • 0.9 lbs bacon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 handful rosemary leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. First, preheat the barbecue to 355°F.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the bacon into slightly thinner but similar-sized slices.
  3. Thread the bacon and potatoes onto the skewers alternately, and sprinkle with the cumin.
  4. Barbecue the skewers indirectly, turning them regularly.
  5. Finely chop the rosemary leaves and sprinkle over the skewers shortly before serving.
