The exclusive, stay cool handles are designed for easy maneuvering with oven mitts and the dripless pouring rims help prevent kitchen spills. The tight-fitting tempered glass lids allow you to effortlessly monitor your cooking. The Henckels RealClad Ceraforce ceramic nonstick coating is a healthy alternative to traditional PTFE coatings. Less oil is required and no toxic fumes are released into the air when the pan is heated at high temperatures.

Great pan and easy to clean
The pan is good. The food does not stick to the pan so I used less oil. It is easy to clean since food scrap comes off easily. The cons are the pan is a little heavy for me to lift with one hand and the handle I prefer to be not metal so it won't be hot when I want to pour the food out.

Sturdy-High Quality Pan - Great Addition 2 Kitchen
Cera-force coating but do not overheat pan without any contents inside, you’ll ruin the coating. Aside from that, I have been very satisfied with this collection and the subject pan is an awesome addition!

THE Perfect Pan
I’ve only used this a couple of times so far but am very impressed with the ceramic coating. Everything has just slid off of it!
Hope that this will continue.
It was a little smaller than I had thought, but will get the job done for what we need it for.

Great nonstick coating
I have been using the Henckels real clad stainless steel 4 litre pan for 2 weeks now. My experience has been great. It seems quite sturdy and long lasting. The coating is good and works well with minimum oil or butter

PFOA free coating excellent performance.
I bought two of these to replace my other large deep skillets. I really like how the lid fits tightly and the PFOA free coating is excellent. I am very happy with this purchase.
