Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great knives - defective block The knives themselves are great BUT the knife block is of poor quality. Despite the cool self-sharpening feature, the part of the block holding the steak knives came unglued from its main body. Given the price of the set, this was quite surprising, and there has been no response from customer service despite multiple attempts at contact via email or the phone line. Unfortunately, my confidence in Zwilling suffered as a result and as per this rating. Hopefully, Zwilling is able to take this constructive criticism and improve its quality processes to better stand by its products when charging such prices.

More so, when contacting customer service online and via email, there has been no response for over three weeks! At this rate, the warranty will run out before Zwilling takes any accountability for its defective product! The phone line is even more useless - on hold for a couple of hours before the call is disconnected/dropped. That is the only reason for such low rating. My confidence in Zwilling has plummeted. Should no response be provided soon, a report will be sent to Better Business Bureau.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but wood block can damaged My husband and I were excited. We had read many great reviews about this. The handling and weight of the knives are great. Light and sturdy. My only complaint is that the wood block, when I just opened it, is scratched. They said on the box wood block is not covered by the warranty..I'm on the fence to return it. Otherwise it looks beautiful.
