Blended Creamy Sugar Snap Pea Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g mangetout
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 500 ml cream
- 300 ml strong vegetable or chicken stock
- 4 mint leaves
- 50 g spinach salad
- Zest of 1 untreated lime
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Clean, wash and halve the sugar snap peas. Bring to the boil in a saucepan together with the peas, cream, stock and mint. Then add to the blender jar of the Power Blender Pro. Add the spinach salad and lime zest, season with salt and pepper.
Put on the lid and activate the soup program. At the end of the program, remove the lid. Season the soup again and serve in bowls.
Tip
Garnish with croutons, milk foam and chopped herbs as desired.
