Ingredients

• 4 bags peach tea
• 1 peach
• 1 nectarine
• 3 stalks lemon balm
• 1-2 handfuls of ice cubes

Preparation

1. Boil the water in a kettle, e.g. a ZWILLING ENFINIGY glass kettle. Put in the tea filter with the peach tea and brew according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the lemon balm and shake dry.
2. In the meantime, wash the peach and nectarine, cut in half, remove the stones and cut into cubes with a knife, e.g. ZWILLING TWINNY children's knife. Place the ice, peach and nectarine cubes in a carafe, e.g. ZWILLING PRÉDICAT.
3. At the end of the brewing time, remove the tea filter and pour the hot peach tea into the carafe, leave to infuse, chill again if necessary or add more ice cubes.
4. Enjoy the cooled and steeped peach iced tea immediately or fill it into the ZWILLING DINOS Thermo bottle to keep it nice and cold when you are on the go.

Tip

White and yellow-fleshed, round or flat peaches and nectarines can be used for this recipe.
