INGREDIENTS
- 20 ml honey syrup
- 40 ml gin
- 5 ice cubes
- 50 ml cold brew or cold coffee
- 100-150 ml tonic water
- 1 untreated lemon
HOW TO MAKE IT
Pour the honey syrup and gin into a glass, e.g. ZWILLING SORRENTO Bar, and stir until well combined. Add ice cubes and fill up with tonic water.
Add the cold brew slowly, so that it forms a layer on the drink.
Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it and use the ZWILLING Pro Lemon Zester to extract a long zest. Decorate the drink with it and enjoy immediately.
TIP
Cold brew is coffee brewed with cold water. The long brewing time in the refrigerator slowly releases the coffee flavours from the ground beans, resulting in a mild coffee.
