INGREDIENTS
- 160 g coffee beans
- 800 ml cold water
- ice cubes for serving, to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT
Coarsely grind the coffee beans in the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Coffee Grinder. Then place in the ZWILLING SORRENTO PLUS French Press and pour in the cold water. Cover and leave to infuse for approx. 12 hours in the refrigerator.
At the end of the brewing time, press the coffee grounds down with the plunger and, if necessary, pour the cold brew through a fine sieve.
Enjoy pure with ice cubes or mix with other ingredients.
TIP
The long brewing time causes the coffee grains to dissolve somewhat, so it is better to grind the coffee more coarsely.
