INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups (16 oz.) hot coffee
  • 2 shots (3 oz.) Irish whiskey
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

HOW TO MAKE IT

Brew the coffee in the ZWILLING Enfinigy Drip Coffee Maker. Be sure the coffee is very hot as the addition of cold cream will chill the drink down significantly.

Pour the whiskey into 2 glasses, such as the ZWILLING Sorrento whisky glasses, and divide the sugar between the glasses.

Pour the cream into the ZWILLING Enfinigy Milk Frother and press the button to froth using the cold milk foam setting. Stop frothing about halfway through the froth cycle, being careful not to overwhip the cream.

Pour the hot coffee over the whiskey, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Position a spoon over your glass and slowly pour the cream over the top of the spoon and onto the top of the coffee. This technique helps to ensure the cream remains floating on top of the coffee. Dust with cocoa powder if you like and enjoy immediately.
