Cherry Coconut Lemonade

Ingredients
- 500 g cherries, fresh
- 4cl coconut syrup
- Juice from a lime
- 1 lime, sliced
- 80 ml agave syrup
- 750 ml soda water
- 350 ml ginger ale
- ice cubes
Preparation
Wash the cherries, stone them, puree them and push them through a fine sieve. Boil this juice with agave syrup and lime juice and let cool. Top up with soda water and coconut syrup and chill. Fill ice cubes into decorative glasses, top up with ginger ale and garnish with lime slices and cherries. Serve ice cold.
