INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 100 g ladyfingers (1 pack)
  • approx. 200 ml espresso
  • 4 tbsp amaretto liqueur
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  •  

    HOW TO MAKE IT

    Step 1/5

    Separate the eggs and whip the yolks with the sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the mascarpone.

    Step 2/5

    Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold the egg whites into the mascarpone.

    Step 3/5

    Mix the espresso with the amaretto liqueur. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the mascarpone cream on the bottom of the mini cocottes and cover with a layer of previously halved and finely broken ladyfingers.

    Step 4/5

    Drizzle with espresso and let it steep a little. Spread the rest of the mascarpone cream on top.

    Step 5/5

    Chill the tiramisu for at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
