Frozen Berry Yoghurt Dessert
The frozen yoghurt version is quick to make and doesn't require freezing. It uses frozen fruit instead.

INGREDIENTS
For the frozen yoghurt
- 400 ml orange juice
- 60 g raw cane sugar
- 4 sprigs of basil
- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 250 g frozen raspberries
For the decoration
- 60 g raspberries
Preparation
- Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
- Add the ingredients to the blender jar in the following order: orange juice, sugar, basil, natural yoghurt, both types of berry.
- Close the blender jar with the lid. Select the Ice Cream setting and press the button to run the program. Use the pusher to aid the blending process.
- Once the program has finished, remove the lid and serve the yoghurt in glasses. Decorate with raspberries and enjoy immediately.
Tip
This recipe can also be made with fresh berries during the berry season. Simply freeze the berries beforehand or freeze the yoghurt mixture with the fresh berries after blending.
