HOW TO MAKE IT
Step 1/3
Cook pasta until al dente in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain but collect a little pasta water.
Step 2/3
Wash and clean the bell pepper and cut into thin strips. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Clean the arugula, wash, spin dry, and cut into a little smaller slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into small pieces.
Step 3/3
Place the boiled pasta in a bowl and add the pesto with a little pasta water. Mix in the remaining ingredients and season well with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Serve immediately or vacuum and refrigerate in a suitable FRESH & SAVE Box.
Tip
Instead of a large ball of mozzarella, mini mozzarella balls can also be used.
