INGREDIENTS
Granola (to store)
- 250 g wholegrain oats
- 100 g chopped nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
- 50 g grated coconut
- 3 tbsp liquid honey (or maple syrup)
- 4 tbsp liquid coconut oil (40g)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder, to taste
Bowls
- 300 g plain yogurt (alternatively plant-based)
- 50 ml milk (or plant-based drink)
- 1 small apple
- 1 small pear
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp liquid honey (or maple syrup)
Topping
- 40 g fresh berries
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat (160°C fan). Place the non-slip silicone mat from the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE BOWLS Accessory Set on a baking sheet.
- For the granola, combine all the ingredients in a ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE Glass Vacuum Bowl M and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on the silicone mat and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes so the granola is evenly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Mix the yogurt with the milk and honey in the glass bowl you just used. Wash, quarter, and core the apple and pear. Grate the fruit quarters directly into the yogurt mixture using the coarse grating insert from the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE BOWLS Accessory Set.
- Pour some yogurt fruit mixture into two ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE Glass Vacuum Bowls S. Then add some raisins and some granola. Repeat the process. Finish with yogurt. Cover with the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE lids, vacuum seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy the next day.
Tip
Granola is perfect for prepping in advance. Simply vacuum any leftovers you don't need in ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE CUBE to protect them from moisture.
Info
The ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE BOWLS accessory set includes a non-slip silicone mat that can also be used as a baking paper substitute. There are three graters for fine and coarse grating, plus slicing and an additional splash guard, for whipping cream, for example.
