Apple Berry Crumble Easy to prepare and delicious to enjoy, this crumble brings together loads of fruits to make one of our favourites! Just add in some ice cream for the perfect summertime dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sweet apples
  • 2 sour apples
  • 4 Japanese plums
  • 250 g blackberries
  • 100 g sugar

CRUMBLES

  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 240 g wheat flour

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 200 °C/180 °C fan. Wash the apples and plums, remove the core or seed and cut them into small pieces.

Mix apples, plums, blackberries and sugar, and put the fruits into an STAUB gratin dish (27 x 20 cm).

For the crumble, knead butter, sugar and flour until crumbs form.

Spread the crumble over the cut fruits. Bake for about 25 min until the crumbles are golden brown.

Serve immediately or let it cool down.

TIP

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
