MORNING GLORY
PREPARATION (40 Mins.)
1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C/180 °C fan.
2. For the fish, peel the garlic and chop it. Wash the leek, halve and cut it lengthwise into fine stripes. Mix both with the sauces. Wash the lemon, dry it and slice it.
3. Wash the fish, pat dry and put it inside the baking dish with the sauce, garnish with lemon slices and bake it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
4. For the morning glory, wash the Chinese spinach and drain it. Wash the chili pepper, remove seeds and white ribs and chop finely. Peel the garlic and chop it. Stir fry the Chinese spinach and chili, add the oil and sauces and top everything with some sesame seeds.
5. Garnish the fish with coriander and serve with the morning glory in a gratin dish.
