INGREDIENTS

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 5 stalks lemon balm
  • 600 ml water
  • 2 tbsp loose fruit tea
  • Ice cubes (approx. 200 g)
  • HOW TO MAKE IT

    1. Wash the lemon and orange in hot water, dry and slice. Wash the lemon balm and shake dry.

    2. Heat the water to 100 °C in the ENFINIGY glass kettle. In the meantime, place the fruit tea leaves into the tea strainer.

    3. When the temperature is reached, insert the tea filter and set the recommended brewing time. At the end of the brewing time, remove the tea filter.

    4. Place the ice cubes in a carafe, e.g. ZWILLING Sorrento, so that it is filled to about a third. Put the fruit and herb stems on top and pour in the fruit tea. Leave to infuse and enjoy chilled.

TIP: Refine the iced tea with fresh fruits such as strawberries and raspberries.
