PREPARATION (100 Mins.)
1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C/180 °C fan. Wash the chicken, apples and herbs, peel the garlic. Halve the corncobs.
2. Chop the apples and season the chicken generously inside and outside with salt and pepper. Fill it with the apples and halve of the herbs and garlic.
3. Mix the corncobs with remaining herbs, garlic and halve of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the chicken in the STAUB gratin dish (34 x 24 cm), surround it with corn, herbs and garlic. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and roast the chicken for about 90 min in the oven until the chicken gets a nice crust.
Enjoy immediately.
