Summer Fruit Punch
Here is a fun idea to try with your STAUB cocotte. Turn it into an aesthetic place to keep your drinks refreshing! Pour champagne into a cocotte full of cold ice cubes and fruits. This will ensure your fruit punch will be kept cool on a hot summer day.

PREPARATION:
1. Wash limes, halve and cut into slices. Cut peaches in half and remove pits, then dice. Pare watermelon and cut into bite-sized cubes as well. Pick mint leaves from the stems.
2. Put everything into a cocotte along with plenty of ice. Add peach liqueur, elderflower syrup and peach juice and mix with a large spoon. Pour in sparkling wine. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
