INGREDIENTS
3-4 soaked Chinese mushrooms250 g turkey breast
Maize starch
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. five-spice mixture
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 chili peppers
2 garlic cloves
4 spring onions
1/2 tbsp. ginger
75 ml rice wine
125 ml vegetable broth
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, cube the turkey meat.
- Mix the starch, the five-spice mixture and the pepper and turn the meat within in it.
- Fry and season.
- Chop the chili and garlic, crush the spring onions and cook it all together with ginger.
- Thin, bind and season with the broth, sauce and wine.
