COOK TIME 8-10 MIN.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 T-bone steak (approx. 300-350 g)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. neutral vegetable oil
  • sea salt, pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Bring the steak to room temperature before frying.
  2. Peel the garlic cloves and press them with a knife. Peel the onion and cut it into wedges. Wash and dry the rosemary.
  3. Place a cast iron STAUB fry pan (10 inch) on the STAUB Precision Induction Multi Cooker. Select the “Browning” program and set the frying time to approx. 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steak. Pour the oil into the pan and preheat. When the heating time is over, place the steak with the garlic, onion and rosemary in the hot pan and fry on one side. After half the time, turn the steak and fry until medium.
  4. Remove from the pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting. Season with salt and pepper. Cut into slices and serve.

Tip

Depending on the thickness and desired degree of doneness, adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Info

The STAUB Precision Induction Multi Cooker is portable and requires only a power outlet to operate.
