STRAWBERRY ASPARAGUS SALAD WITH PAPAYA AND CRESS

INGREDIENTS
- 500g strawberries
- 1 small papaya
- 1 pot of cress
- 500g of green asparagus
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 finger lime (lime caviar)
- Salt and pepper
- Blossoms
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Use a vegetable peeler to peel the lower third of the stalk and blanch for 10 minutes. Wash and quarter the strawberries, peel and dice the papaya.
- Mix the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, lime caviar and pepper in a bowl.
- Now cut the peppers into fine rings and add to the dressing.
- Place everything in a bowl and mix carefully, arrange on a platter and garnish with the cress and flowers.
