Greek yogurt with banana and vanilla

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g greek yogurt
- 2 large bananas
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- neutral oil
Suitable toppings:
- blueberries
- pistachios
- coconut
- passionfruit
- dried orange
- sliced banana
- salted almonds
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sear the banana slices in it. Add the brown sugar and continue to fry until the sugar caramelizes.
- Place the bananas in a mixing jug and leave to cool briefly. Add the vanilla paste and finely purée everything with a hand blender.
- Pour the yogurt into a bowl and fold in the mashed bananas until it forms a smooth, creamy consistency.
