Cutting meat, fish and vegetables is now neater and more comfortable. Made with sustainable, FSC certified bamboo and drip tray made of high quality stainless steel. You can catch the food waste and leftovers from cutting directly in this tray and then easily dispose of them. You can also catch the meat juices immediately; they are channeled directly into the tray by the surrounding grove.

With the digital thermometer from the ZWILLING BBQ+ series, you can quickly and accurately measure the internal temperature of your meat. This way you can grill your meat to your exact preferred degree of doneness. The temperature is displayed in less than four seconds and is accurate to 0.5 °C (32.9 °F). The wireless thermometer has two probes so that you can achieve professional results when grilling. The external wire probe continuously measures the meat's internal temperature throughout the process, while the retractable wire probe allows for direct temperature checking. Using the practical HOLD function, your last reading remains on the display. Simply insert the probe into the meat and the digital grill thermometer shows you the core temperature.
