ZWILLING Dragon combines Chinese culture stretching back over 5000 years with modern design and traditional craftsmanship. All knives in the series are made from one piece of stainless special recipe steel with a fine Pakka wood handle. The highlight is that each knife bears a poem by a Chinese well-known poet, litterateur or philosopher, each representing one of the seven major Chinese dynasties. Every detail of each knife is finely polished, reflecting the Chinese craftsmanship spirit.

  • Ultra-durable Titanium-based PVD nano coating on each blade is enhanced in an elegant black colour
  • Laser marked calligraphic of the dynasty name on the blade by famous calligrapher at that time, each accompanied with poems by well known poets of that time.
  • Each knife has calligraphy and poetry of famous masters of the Qin, Han, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Chinese Chef Knife represents the Tang Dynasty. With Calligrapher Yan Zhenqing and Poet Li Bai.
