ZWILLING Dragon combines Chinese culture stretching back over 5000 years with modern design and traditional craftsmanship. All knives in the series are made from one piece of stainless special recipe steel with a fine Pakka wood handle. The highlight is that each knife bears a poem by a Chinese well-known poet, litterateur, or philosopher, each representing one of the seven major Chinese dynasties. Every detail of each knife is finely polished, reflecting the Chinese craftsmanship spirit.
