Don't pay more than 99 for this
Product is decent as a wok, although I did get some staining just from boiling water when using the steamer part. Will need stainless steel cleaner to polish it back up.
What's terrible is the advertising/policies of the company. I purchased this for $170 + tax during what was advertised as "the biggest online sale with the year's best prices", thinking I got a good deal discounted from $300. However less than 3 weeks later I discover that the price has dropped by almost 50% to $99. I contacted Zwilling for a price match but they cited "policy of only 14-day price match" and refused to do anything. Sure that can be your policy, but it seems very scummy and shady to advertise a "best price of the year" and then less than a month later reduce the price Drastically without offering any price match or store credit. So don't be like me and triple check the product price of all your Zwilling products before and within 14-days of when you buy.

Outstanding Wok with Steamer!
Great size to steam different foods, cooks everything quickly!
To clean stains on pot, I use "CAMEO" anti-tarnish cleaner for Stainless Steel.
Works like a charm, bringing the pot to Brand New Look!

Stainless Steamer
FYI: Any Stainless Steamer just add 2 spoons of vinegar it will clean up by itself. I’m using stainless products for longtime. More than 45 years. One of the best quality in the market.

Burst lid
I am a fan of zwilling, have been purchased all lot of your products, even with a nail clipper. I purchased this wok set 1 year ago and just used it from last month (November), then one day the glass lid was burst to a spider nets looking with a “PENG” sound !! we were shocked about it. I emailed the warranty service, unfortunately nobody response.

Good wok, great steamer
I got this specifically for steaming, since the 13" steaming insert is huge, it fits my other 14" woks as well. It is simple, elegant, and steams exceptionally well. Grains, vegetables, fish, chicken, it steams it all like a champ and it doesn't pick up any odors. Better than our plastic electric steamer for sure.
The wok itself is OK, it performs as well as any 3 ply stainless steel pan would. It fries and stir fries without sticking, its 6" bottom firmly sits flat on the burner, it is exceptionally lightweight and the handles stay cool for a very long time, practically forever. It is made in China, but it is still a 18/10 stainless steel product, so there is nothing wrong with that. A new pan has to be thoroughly cleaned from the black residue on it (steel dust left over from polishing the steel) and then it is very easy to maintain.

Easy to clean and good to cook with
Bought it for our home to cook dimsum with. I've found myself starting to cook regular stir frys with the wok on a regular basis. Definitely multi-purpose cookware. Highly recommended.

Great product
Excellent as a steamer and also as a wok! We have been making stir fry with the wok. It heats up very well! Hopefully we will use this for years to come!
