Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t recommend I bought the set of 8 pieces about 6 months ago and initially I was satisfied with them but after dishwashing them they keep cracking, I got 4left now only, I don’t recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Style and function! We first purchased a couple of the beer glasses, then about a year and a half ago purchased the latte mugs. They keep the beverages hot for a long time, are easy to hold and are light unlike heavy pottery cups, and have no worries about them in the dishwasher. Haven't broken one yet!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cup broken for no reason - VERY Fragile. Friend bought this for me in October in an outlet. It's a very pretty cup and I was impressed by its ability to retain temperature it being double walled but 10 days or so ago, I noticed that it didn't suck up the drink (through straw) although it had liquid. Turns out that it was broken in the bottom without noise during my pouring process and leaked to the bottom part of the cup so the straw was not working. At that point, It did occur to me that earlier while I was pouring in coffee (I put ice then mild then coffee) that there were a bit of bubbles and at that point I thought it was odd and didn't think of it until that point. So I'm guessing that's when it broke. The scary thing is that I didn't notice it until I finished most of the drink. It scares me that I could have swallowed ice but I don't think that happened. I did contact CS and they said this was wear and tear so cannot be covered but I don't really think this is wear and tear - this is a bit of quality issue. So when buying this beautiful product, please consider that this is a VERY Fragile product that needs to be very carefully used - I know it's glass but I have not seen a glass item break this easily- and I am not young and have used a lot of glasswares.
