Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent knives in a cheap box I purchased these knives as a gift. Before wrapping I noticed that some of the knives had shifted in the box. I unwrapped the plastic and discovered the holder in the box had separated and broke causing one of the knives to slip and become stuck in the wood. The knife that slipped is slightly bent. Be aware that these knives are packaged this way for shipping. Zwilling requires that you ship the defective products back at your own expense and then they will determine whether or not they feel obligated to replace. Pretty lack lustre service to compliment a “premium brand”. My relationship with Zwilling will end here.
