Owned a set years ago and they never let me down until I was convinced to switch to a new fangled set of ceramic knives that never cut as well and after a few of years of daily use were in really poor condition. I had kept a couple of my Zwilling Twin Gourment knives around and as they were still going strong I elected to get rid of the the inferior ceramic set and repurchase a new Twin Gourmet set. The photo shows my two 4" Paring Knifes - on the top is the new one I just purchased earlier this month and on the bottom is the one I've owned and used daily since 2004! Pretty indistinguishable if you ask me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kyle6 from Sharp knives out of the box So to start it's only been a month of using these knives. They feel great in my hand and come very sharp out of the box. They seem to hold their edges but only time will tell. So far my favorite knife is the butcher knife. It just has a great hand feel and weight to it. I live the quality of these knives and finally a set of knives that comes with a good pair of scissors. Well done.

It arrived after a minor delay in shipping, but the wait was well worth it. The knives arrived so well packaged and organized and we’ve already used all of them. They’re incredible knives and we’ve recommended them to everyone we know.

The customer team has been very quick to deal with me and to get me organized with a new knife block set it is just a bit unfortunate that the block was damaged slightly.
