Actually, one of my favourite shops tbh. As they say, it's all about commitment. All staff are dedicated to their work, they are informative, they are helpful, they are friendly, but not insistent. They are close to perfection. Special thanks to Fabio, because whenever we're shopping at the store, he always makes us feel like talking with a good friend. Something You can't find very often nowadays. I highly recommend visiting this store.

I don't often leave reviews, but the customer service in this store was fantastic. The assistant (apologies, I did not get your name!) was very helpful, but not annoyingly pushy. When I got home, I realised some items were missing from the box. The store manager was very helpful and kindly posted the missing items to me, free of charge. Excellent service, will be shopping here again in the future.

Matteo was knowledgeable about the knives and knife blocks. He has really good public relationship skills and provided efficient service, making our purchase and shopping experience a pleasurable and educational experience. Thank you Matteo.
