Description

The BALLARINI Tevere santoku knife offers a wonderful symbiosis of Far Eastern knife expertise and Western design. The Japanese knife has an 18 cm blade and is an all-purpose knife. You can use it for cutting meat, vegetables and fish. The main difference between a santoku knife and a conventional chef’s knife is the blade’s hollow ground edge, which means fewer ingredients stick to the blade when chopping.

Thanks to its ergonomically designed premium pakkawood handle, the santoku knife sits comfortably in the hand. The santoku knife is particularly resilient.
