The Graphite 7-piece knife block set features all the essentials every home cook needs. From the all-rounder 20cm chef’s knife for slicing and dicing, and the 15cm serrated utility for cutting hard exterior, soft interior foods, these knives offer precision and accuracy with every cut. The self-sharpening slots boast built-in ceramic honing wheels that automatically sharpen when knives are stored or removed. The sharpening angle is 35 degrees in total (17.5 degrees per side).
