INGREDIENTS
- 200ml Coconut Milk (from a can, shake well)
- 340g Dark Chocolate
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 40g Cacao Powder
- 70g Chopped Hazelnuts
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Chop the chocolate very finely, place in a heat-proof bowl and set aside.⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Heat the coconut milk over a medium heat until simmering.
- Pour the coconut milk over the chocolate and cover the bowl for a few minutes to keep the heat in.
- Uncover the bowl and stir until all of the chocolate is melted and combine.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir again.
- Pour the mixture into a small STAUB rectangular ceramic baking dish.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours until set.
- Use a tablespoon to spoon out the mixture rolling each into equal size balls.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Roll half the truffles in cacao powder and the other half in the chopped hazelnuts.
- Serve on STAUB serving trays.
