Compliance at ZWILLING

The Compliance Helpline is available to our own employees, as well as employees of suppliers and other stakeholders. It enables the reporting of violations of the code of conduct applicable to the ZWILLING Group. Additionally, it provides advice in case of doubts about the Code of Conduct. In the event of concrete information, an in-depth review and necessary follow-up measures are initiated. The helpline is managed by an external ombudsperson. The confidentiality of your identity will be protected to the extent permitted by law. You can also submit your report anonymously if you wish. The ZWILLING Group, as part of the Wilh. The Code of Conduct serves as the basis for responsible, ethically correct cooperation with integrity. This applies both in dealings within the ZWILLING Group and with third parties, such as business partners and suppliers.

ZWILLING is committed to social, environmental and ethical compliance. We align our actions with clear principles and create value for generations with our brands. We expect the same commitment from all our suppliers and ask them to contribute to this by adopting a holistic approach, continuously improving their social, environmental and ethical performance and by undertaking to address those requirements within their supply chain. For this purpose, ZWILLING has set up this Supplier Code of Conduct.

The Wilh. Werhahn KG has published a policy statement on human rights and environment-related duties of care. In addition to our self-image as part of the global supply chain, it contains information on how we comply with our due diligence obligations, the human rights and environmental risks that have priority for us and our expectations towards our employees and suppliers.

Since 2017, ZWILLING has proudly been a member of the amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). Our active membership in this cross-industry initiative reflects our commitment to respect, follow and continuously implement social standards with our business partners. The foundation of BSCI and our agreement with partners is the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct. It outlines the practice of human rights due diligence in accordance with internationally recognized laws and principles.

To continuously improve the environmental performance of our supplying factories, we actively participate in the amfori BEPI (Business Environmental Performance Initiative). This program helps suppliers strengthen the understanding of environmental practices and manage the factories’ environmental impact. Additionally, it supports ZWILLING in creating transparency and driving meaningful improvements with our suppliers. The foundation of BEPI and our agreement with partners is the amfori BEPI Code of Conduct. It outlines the practice of environmental due diligence in accordance with internationally recognized laws and guidelines.
