INGREDIENTS

  • 2 stalks of mint
  • ½ untreated lemon
  • 1 l water
  • 2 tbsp loose green tea, e.g. jasmine tea

Preparation

Wash the mint and shake dry. Also wash the lemon and cut into wedges or slices.


Heat the water to 80 °C in the ZWILLING ENFINIGY glass kettle. In the meantime, place the green tea leaves, mint and lemon into the tea strainer.


When the temperature is reached, insert the tea strainer and set the recommended brewing time. At the end of the brewing time, remove the tea strainer and enjoy the tea immediately or keep it warm using the keep-warm function.




Tip

A slightly flowery green tea goes well with this recipe.
